The following panels are sort of "mass configuring" -tools, template panels, used only by developer: settingAlarms.pnl, settingAlarmsIsOn.pnl, settingArchive.pnl, settingArchiveAiDi.pnl, settingConversion.pnl, settingPvRange.pnl, settingUnits.pnl. These panels are not used online for observation of values of DCS channels nor for normal PVSS configuring (adding alarms, removing archiving, etc.) of the channels. The aim of the panels is to reduce the amount of work needed when e.g. the same alarm configuration for 500 channels is needed. In the previous example developer has to only slightly modify the script inside the panel and afterwards run the panel to reach the goal. Therefore changing the configuration separately, channel by channel using FW panel FwDeviceEditor.pnl, is not needed.
