HV switch-off procedure for save interventions on MWPC A chambers:

Let know GEM team about turning off HV crate
Ramp HV down via Slow Control
Switch off CAEN SY527 at rack 168 (near SM2)
Remove key from mains switch
Put warning sign "Do not switch on" to HV PS with date, name, phone number (available in COMPASS control room)
Make entry to COMPASS logbook and inform shift crew
