Do we use this cut, too? A: No, on the one hand the current channels are using centrally produced systems in a pion beam and thus the determination of the beam particle is the more critical thing, on the other hand the recoil proton is not measured precise enough in momentum to apply this cut even in our proton beam case. Q: Dmitry Svirida from Star Collaboration:Is our spectrometer resolution good enough to distinguish a possibly narrow pentaquark state? A: Jan Friedrich has spend one year to search for a pentaquark and came to the conclusion that even when it does exist there is no real evidence to be a narrow distinguishable state. But yes, the resolution is high enough. One can say that the STAR collaboration at RHIC is very interested in our results and work since their first attempts for central production measurements lead to first results that need to be PWA analyzed. We will stay in contact for some brain storming although the physics case in a pp Collider at 200 GeV differs a little bit from our case. I hope I could support your important work with this email.
