log on pccogw01 (using your AFS account and passwd, if this does
not work you should ask a DAQ expert to provide you access to pccogw01)
start mozilla
go to http://pccodb01
select database administration
ask a DAQ expert to tell you the login to be used
select runlb (on the left column)
select tb_coolref
select browse (on the top)
click on the pencil in front of the required detector
update the runnb value
click on go
