Minutes from target meeting held October 31 2014 in 892-1-B09

a) Replace electrolyte capacitors in resistance bridge AVS46-UP with new ones.
The circuit board trace damaged in two places during removal of the capacitors. 
These were repaired with a wire. 

b) On Wednesday move dilution cryostat top flange self regulating heater 
cable lower to warm up the flange o-ring more efficiently.

c) On Thursday morning start helium-4 evaporator pumps. Fill evaporator with
liquid helium. Nominal temperature around 1.2 K reached. Continue pumping
evaporator until Friday afternoon. 

Start all the helium-3 roots blowers on Thursday afternoon and run until
Friday afternoon. Pumping small amount of helium-4 gas in the mixing chamber.

d) Kaori: prepare DIM server with LabVIEW to publish coil polarization.

e) Fabrice: fill magnet with liquid helium. 800 mm in the differential
pressure level gauge LE0003 is the full status. The superconducting filament 
level gauge LE0001 is not operational. In the "D/S Turret Heaters" display 
box the low and high limits are mixed up.   

Electrical safety visit took place on the magnet control system.

f) Johannes: target loading platform and MIV1000/2100 roots pump system 
being prepared for the removal of the empty target cells and loading of the
target material. This operation needs about 400 l of liquid nitrogen or
two 200 l dewars.
