Minutes from target meeting held October 17 2014 in 892-1-B09

a) Jan: fix bug in ptread. Now resistance bridge AVS46-3 reading works
and the values can be seen from the COMPASS DCS system.

The web browser in the control room PC can now be used to see the history
of different target parameters.

b) Short power cut in experimental hall on Thursday evening after 19:03:18. 
The data recording continued after 19:07:19. The two small helium-3 roots 
stopped and were restarted on Friday morning. The pressures stayed in
normal safe levels during and after the power cut.

c) Fabrice: the cold box isolation vacuum diffusion pump electrical heaters
were replaced. 

Perform short circuit test on the magnet delta electronika power supplies
on Thusrday. The voltage drop on the power cables and connectors was 
measured.

d) Norihiro: start reading the LN2 buffer dewar weight in the pump room
from the Siemens PLC as an analog signal. The dewar weight can now be seen
from the DCS system.

e) Yuri: connect microwave guides to the dilution cryostat feedthroughs.
The output power measured at the target platform was about 1.9 W for both
the upstream and downstream. The EIO water coolers were tested too.

f) Kaori: study Q-curve noise with different PTS frequency synthesizer
and A/D-converter settings. The noise seems to depend on the number of
channels or the frequency step used in the sweep. About 5 mV noise seen
in the worst case.
