Minutes from target meeting held June 13 2014 in 892-1-D20

a) 3D step files of drawings NA58PT20131106-1, NA58PT20131129-1 and
NA58PT20130809-1 were give to the workshop.

Produce new drawing of the Pfeiffer roots WKP4000 bottom plate

b) Close the water pipe holes on the WKP4000 bottom plate with DN25 o-rings 
and blind flanges. Ask a new Viton o-ring 1281x6 from the Cryolab.
Put back the bottom plate to the WKP4000 and start pumping the vacuum 
with small 12 m^3/h rotary pump. About 0.17 mbar reached by Monday morning
at P1 pirani gauge the WKP16000 inlet.

c) The welding work on the pumping lines from the dilution cryostat to
the concrete wall was finished on Friday. The exhaust pipes from the
magnet to the safety valves yet to be done. The pumping lines need to be
connected to the dilution cryostat and leak tested.

d) Fabrice: The power converter racks for the dipole and solenoid are expected
on Tuesday with the current measurement system rack DCCT.

The compressed air switch for the diffusion pump system was connected on
Friday.

The magnet needs to be helium leak tested.

e) Positioning of the cable trays on the Jura side concrete wall was
discussed.

f) Yuri: test new microwave EIO tube water cooler. Needs wider plate under
the microwave table for installation.

g) Kaori: testing the NMR system in the control room. All programs running.

h) Norihiro: Start to produce drawing for the new needle valve control panel.
