a) Reconnect helium-4 pumps cooling water lines. The roots heat exchanger
flow normal. The rotary heat exchanger flow can not be tested without
the pump running due to automatic water valve inside the pump. 

Test brut cooling water from the towers too. A lot of pollution found from
this water and some of this was removed by opening the water pipes
at the flow meter. The pressure regulator can set the pressure up about 4 bar,
which is less than the return line pressure and thus there is no water
flow. Only the tap water circuit seems to be working normally.

b) Norihiro: circulate warm helium gas through the magnet and dilution
cryostat from the cold box. Initial oxygen impurity about 100 ppm with
some water vapor too. Closing the valves to the filters after helium-4
pumps improved the situation.

c) Yuri: measure all 16 trim coil resistances during the cool down. With
the typical copper residual resistance ratio the resistance is expected
to go down by a factor about 70.

d) Kaori: three NMR coils mounted outside of the target cells and two inside.
The inside coils are at the ends of the target cells. Soldering the SMA
connectors on the coaxial cables. The new NMR rack under the platform
on Jura side already in place.

e) Norihiro: receive new Siemens PLC modules that can be used to set needle
valve positions remotely.
