a) Yuri: upstream target cell microwave guide inside the dilution cryostat 
needs to be reconstructed. The reason for lower power transfer is probably
the frequency dependence of circular wave guide tube that operates in
degenerate mode. Short piece of the stainless steel circular wave guide 
with the anchoring to 4 K radiation shield is enough for thermal isolation 
from room temperature.
