a) Michael reported on the PSTP 2013, see

b) Update list of cables from the target control room to the platform. 
Also the cable length was measured. About two meters of extra length is needed
in the Drell-Yan position compared to SIDIS position. The cable path
will follow two meters the concrete wall on the Saleve side horizontally 
to reach the cable tray going to the target platform. Some of the cables
are not going to be used anymore. For example the magnet cables could be
removed and the old dilution cryostat isolation vacuum gauge is broken
and needs to be replaced with new gauge and cable. See

The cables are now numbered as follows: 200 for thermometers, 300 for pressure
gauges, 400 for flow meters, 500 for needle valves, 600 for level gauges and
700 for general control cables. 

c) Produce setup file for the SIDIS 2011 computer read parameters. This
file needs to be modified for the Drell-Yan setup. The setup file can be used
to generate configuration file for the 'ptread' and code blocks to the 
target DIM server 'ptreadim'. The program to do this is 'instsetup'. This 
should make the changing of the configuration easier. See

This file contains also a list of new hardware items that are needed for the
new setup.

d) Andrea: full test of the rebuild magnet is expected to take place before
end of the year in 180. 

e) The power converters and field rotation procedure for the magnet were 
discussed. Yuri: the trim coils were the reason for the quenches in run 2011
and they should be put in a safe state for the initial power up of the magnet. 

f) Kaori: make inventory of the EIO microwave generator tubes. See
