a) Norihiro: Microwave table was reinstalled in new Drell-Yan position on 
Tuesday. This is about 2 meters upstream from the 2011 position. The rack
from the Saleve side wall for controlling the EIO tube servomotors and 
frequency modulation was installed next to the microwave table. The microwave
power supplies will be installed into the same rack. The microwave feeding 
hole diameter through the concrete wall is a little different from 
the previous position so the metallic tubes going into this hole need to be
adapted. 

b) Yuri: work on the microwave cavity testing finished. The cavity conical 
end piece transported to CERN workshop for surface treatment/cleaning. 
The assembly to the cavity expected in two weeks.

c) Jaakko: move 'ptread', 'ptnmr' and 'rfindcalc' repositories from 
CERN subversion to git version control. See https://git.cern.ch/web/

d) Installation work for the magnet and dilution cryostat to the experimental
hall in 2014 was discussed.
