a) Alexander produced drawings for the new Drell-Yan target cells made of
torlon plastic. See

b) One of the water cooled helium-3 roots blower heat exchangers has been 
rebuild at Pfeiffer. See

c) The target planning for 2014 was discussed. Some of the important mile
stones are the target platform moving to the Drell-Yan position, end of
magnet tests at 180 and availability of LHe.

d) On Wednesday afternoon installation of the support pillars for the target
platform was discussed. To make the installation possible some of the
aluminum plates need to be cut. The cable and water hose supporting arm
from the Jura side needs to be shortened too. On Thursday afternoon the
cables, water pipes and flow meters that are hindering this operation 
were removed. Also the helium-3 thermometer rack was stored in pump room.

e) Norihiro: microwave guides can be re-installed and tested when the platform
is at the new position. The NMR rack will be re-installed below the platform.
The PLC substation under the platform can be updated and connected with
the Profibus cable to the control room.

f) Loading platform modification was discussed.

g) Fabrice: diffusion pump needs to be connected to the magnet isolation
vacuum port. On the Saleve side of the target platform no racks are going to
be installed. On the Jura side three racks: one for the solenoid and dipole
contactors, one for the dump resistor and diodes, and one for the cable
patch panel. The power cable patch panel is going to under the platform.

h) Kaori: offer received for a new EIO tube water cooler about CHF 2700.
