a) On Thursday afternoon meeting with CERN workshop to discuss possible 
rebuilding of the water cooled heat exchangers for the helium-3 roots blowers. 
Cost estimate is on the way.

b) Modifications to the microwave cavity were discussed. Yuri: the cavity 
centering inside the magnet could be improved with a new support. 
The downstream window needs to be opened in the clean area for further 
investigations. The present cavity is not designed to stand one bar 
pressure difference between inside and outside. This could happen in case 
of a catastrophic rupture of the glassfiber expoxy mixing chamber.

c) Fabrice: repair of the cooling water manifold in the pump room is going on.
The water filter and pressure regulator need to be still replaced and the
electropneumatic valve checked.

d) Fabrice: the new diffusion pump control system cabling is going on. 
Connection box made on the target platform for easy disconnection in case of 
the target platform rotation.

e) Kaori: move PXI-crate to office and the NMR cables to the control room.

f) Kaori: compare 2010 and 2011 proton background signals from the empty 
target cells. Maximum 6 % difference for coil #10.

g) The systematic error (bias) of the target polarization in the transverse 
data taking 2010 in 0.63 T dipole field was discussed. Claude: the 
uncorrelated systematic errors need to be added in quadrature.
