a) Planning for the target platform modifications, magnet tests and target
technical run in 2013 were discussed. To make place for the hadron absorber 
the target platform needs to be shifted 220 cm upstream. The reverse movement
from the Drell-Yan position to the present off-beam position needs to be
done when switching between the different physics programs. It is preferable
to do this movement without unmounting the dilution cryostat and magnet from
the platform. The preliminary plan for the movement is in

b) Kaori: the NMR-rack will be moved to the control room except the Q-meter
boxes and Yale-cards that need to stay close to the target. Shielding could 
be made from small concrete blocks under the platform.

c) Jaakko: test CERN virtual machines for the target analysis programs. See
