a) Replace the three broken water flow indicators in the helium-3 roots blowers
with new ones.

b) Norihiro: scale to measure the weight of the LN2 buffer dewar in the pump 
room received.

c) Yuri: new metallic false floor next to the microwave table.

d) Remote monitoring (control) room in the office building 892 was discussed.

e) Fabrice: brute cooling water filter under the target platform was exchanged.
Cooling water available from the beginning of March.

f) Yuri gave an introductory talk on the ammonia proton polarization.
