a) Start microwaves on Saturday 11:00. Polarizations of -90.4 %, +88.0 % and
-89.0 % were reached by 19:00 with negative solenoid current. After this 
frozen spin mode was started. 

Frank: at the start of the field rotation on Sunday the graphical user 
interface collapsed in the magnet control PC. The GUI window was recovered 
from the menu and the field rotation restarted. The screen saver on the
magnet control computer is starting too soon.

b) Kaori: the polarization values in the DCS are the most correct ones for 
the online monitoring. In the LabVIEW program the coil #1 is not used in
the calculation of the average upstream target cell polarization.

c) Fabrice: the normal and demineralized cooling water circuits will stop in
the experimental area on November 30 due to work on the water pumps. 

d) Norihiro reported on spin workshop that took place in Yamagata.

e) Fabrice: prepare a note on how to recover the solenoid in case of slow
discharge. See

f) Jaakko: add the last missing empty cell calibration period to the 2010 
Curie constant analysis. Check the Yale card gains and calculate the thermal
equilibrium temperature. About -1 % change to the polarization values compared
to the previous values. See
