Minutes from target meeting held January 21 2011 in 892-1-D20

a) Pressurize mixing chamber to atmospheric pressure on Monday with helium.
Remove target holder from the mixing chamber. The detached glass fiber
semicircle piece found where the mixing chamber flange is fixed to the step
heat exchangers. Inspect also the indium joint knife edge. Some scratches
there but no serious damage.

b) Produce drawing for new target holder Kevlar tube conical end piece. 
The woven glass fabric with epoxy can be water-jet cut at CERN workshop.

c) Fabrice: offers for new LN2 dewar without any accessories 5 - 6 kCHF.

d) Norihiro: buy a floor balance to measure the weight of the LN2 buffer 
dewar in the pump room.

e) Fabrice: LabVIEW support testing the dilution cryostat monitoring program.

f) Target week coordination for run 2011 was discussed. 

g) Norihiro: replace the remote microwave attenuator control motor with an 
ultrasonic motor not sensitive to the magnetic field.

h) Kaori: possibility to buy a new microwave generator EIO tube and 
frequency counter. Reading of the frequency from the GPIB bus was discussed.
