Minutes from target meeting held November 11 2011 in 892-2-009

a) Jonas: the isolation vacuum diffusion pump stopped on Friday 11:00.
The butterfly valve stuck. Finally opened with a little higher pressure
from helium bottle. The diffusion pump stopped again on Sunday 23:45.
The still heater interlock from the PLC was bypassed until Monday 8:00
or the end of the beam time. The pump was restarted on Monday afternoon.
Field rotations were done both on Saturday and Sunday.

b) Norihiro: the LHe transfer valve parameters to the magnet were readjusted
for more stable operation (Fabrice). 

c) Kaori: new ink cassettes received for the Siemens Multireg plotter.

d) Fabrice: new diffusion pump control system to be installed in the control
room. This may need re-arrangement of microwave power supplies.
