a) Condense helium-3/4 mixture on Tuesday morning. Ramp up the field and 
start polarizing noon. Thursday +85.5%, +82.5% and +84.4% reached for upstream,
central and downstream cells. Fabrice: micropowercut happened Thursday 08:50.
Try to save polarization with dipole field but fail. Afternoon 15:00 a slow
discharge took place. Start to polarize in negative direction Thursday 16:00
and -74 % reached by Friday 10:00. Werner: last third build up from maximum 
polarization independent of radical density.

b) Remote control of up- and downstream microwave attenuator was discussed.

c) Norihiro: calculate figure of merit for run 2010 assuming different
periods between microwave reversals. Typical time between SPS machine 
development stops is 13 days.

d) Target week coordination was discussed. Target shifts are more or less 
filled until beginning of July or August. 

e) Norihiro: when polarizing only up- and downstream cells very small buildup
seen in central cell. Thus microwave leak is small.
