a) Close target holder and leak test at room temperature. Repair leak in
helium-3 thermometer pipe. Insert target cells into Kevlar tube. Locate broken
wire going to the helium-3 filling tube heater on bottom of the mixing chamber.
Connect target cell NMR coils and thermometers to the target holder.

b) Kaori: mount PXI-crate on the shelve above microwave guide holes on 
the concrete wall on Saleve side. Connect PXI cables to the Q-meters and
take power from the NMR rack. Connect Q-meters to the NMR coils and check
the Q-curve of the NMR circuit.

c) Yuri: connect the new microwave PSU to the PLC interlock circuit. Restrict
power to the middle cell with an attenuator to below 2 W. Cover the microwave
guide connections with aluminized mylar foil.

d) Fabrice: move target control computers to the new UTP network.
