a) Back to longitudinal field on Thursday morning 5:33. Measure polarizations
+79.8 %, -75.8 % and +76.4 %. Start alignment run at zero field and after that
dynamic nuclear polarization at 8:12. Friday 21:40 polarizations -79.3 %, 
+80.0 and -79.7 % reached. Start transverse data taking.

b) Jaakko: plot average target cell polarizations for SPS P1 - P4 periods and
fit a line to the transverse frozen spin periods. The polarization relaxation 
rates 0.2 - 1.0 %/day similar to the 2007 data.

c) Offer received for a new MKS baratron for helium-3 vapor pressure 
thermometry. High accuracy absolute sensor 690A 12T RA about 4600 EUR. 
New electronics unit about 4000 EUR.

d) Fabrice: isolation vacuum diffusion pump control unit refurbishment under
consideration. No offer for complete new unit yet.
