Minutes from target meeting held March 19 2010 in 892-2-009

a) Produce two more new SMA feed-throughs for target holder now with new 
Stycast 2850 and catalyst 24 LV. No leak observed in the assembled feed-through
after two rapid cool downs to LN2. Background leak level was below 
10^-9 mbar l/s.

b) Fabrice: stop filling magnet with LHe on Friday. On Monday 70 K coil 
temperature reached. Test new helium-4 pumps on Monday with full 2000 m^3/h 
pumping speed and pump inlet pressure set to 1 mbar. TPO4 reached 10 kohm and 
later 13 - 15 kohm with different needle valve positions. Pumps are now ready 
for run 2010. Repair pump room air conditioning on Friday. 

c) Yuri: test new microwave PSU. EIO output power at control room about 18 W.
Check PSU interlock circuit.

d) Angelo: fluka simulations of absorber with polarized target. See
