Minutes from target meeting held October 15 2010 in 892-2-009

a) Pump room air conditioning unit stopped on Tuesday morning 0:15. TCR called 
to switch back the circuit breakers on the roof of the pump room. Friday 
morning 1:50 air conditioning unit stopped again. Restart with help of
TCR. During the day clean the air inlet. Yuri: fill water to the NMR-cable
water cooling unit.

b) Norihiro reported on the EU framework polarized target meeting held 
at Dubrovnik Croatia October 10 - 12.

c) Fabrice: work on the helium pump water cooling circuit is planned.

d) Jaakko: analyse different polarization build up periods from 2007 and 2010
to see how long it takes to reach certain polarization value. The build up
seems to be a little faster in 2007 than 2010. Microwave feeding was modified 
and an attenuator was added to the upstream cell feedthrough in 2010. Density
of the paramagnetic centers may have changed and the target material cooling
in helium-3/4 mixture might be different in 2010 compared to 2007.
