Minutes from target meeting held January 25 2008 in 892-1-B09

a) Microwave guides from concrete wall to target platform were removed on 
Tuesday. The isolation vacuum was filled with nitrogen gas and the gate valve
to the helium-3 roots was closed. 

b) Kaori: recalculate polarized signal areas. Coil #6 was recording NMR-signals
during transverse and 1.0 T data taking periods. Use this to calculate 
polarization in coil #1. Field rotation corrections are not included yet.
Norihiro: relaxation is different for different coils.

c) Takuma reorganized the 2007 NMR data and produced a table of different 
periods.

d) Yuri: cross check coil polarizations. Coil #4 different from #5 - #7 in
the May 2007 build up for central target cell.
