a) Reorganization of storage area, pump room and control room were discussed.
Cupboard #9 was emptied and all the SMC/COMPASS magnet material was stored 
inside. The unused and broken electronics to be disposed.

b) Jaakko: proton TE-signal relaxation times 0.5 - 2 hours at 1.0 - 1.5 K 
temperatures. Empty target cell relaxation times 1.5 - 4 hours. See elog
for details. 

c) Kaori: simulation of the NMR circuit with Spice model.
