a) In frozen spin mode at 1.0 T from Friday September 14 to Tuesday September 
18. Field rotations at 8:00 - 10:00 in morning. Wednesday morning restart
polarization. Polarization increased 2.2 %, 2.6 % and 4.2 % by Thursday 
morning. Back at 1.0 T 9:15 on Thursday. Temperature alarm from pump room.
TCR intervention on Thursday. 

b) Yuri: add Kapton film to upstream microwave feedthrough to equalize power 
between up and downstream cells.

c) Wednesday upgrade Siemens S7 300 PLC CPU. Now smaller MMC card and no need 
for backup battery. 

d) Norihiro reported on the PST07 held at Brookhaven September 10 - 14.
