Minutes from target meeting held December 14 2007 in 892-1-B09

a) Kaori: coil #9 thermal equilibrium data looks ok, but the resulting 
polarization is low compared to other coils. Use all baselines for all
signal files.

b) On Tuesday December 11 drain pump cooling water for winter shutdown. 
The target material in temporary dewar was moved to storage dewars. 
On Monday December 17 pump warm helium from mixing chamber to remove residual
ammonia and refill the cryostat with helium gas. Pump room temperature +8 C 
with heaters on.

c) Yuri: analysis of NMR-line center-of-mass from the last day data when the
cell was polarized continuously to opposite sign with microwaves. All middle
cell coils give same slope, but the coils #8 and #9 are about 3 % different. 

d) Platform rotation and uncabling were discussed.
