Minutes from target meeting held March 16 2006 in 892-1-B09

a) The magnet was warmed with rate of 2 K/h to room temperature. 
Modifications to the magnet gas piping are in progress. This includes 
installation of the second safety valve from the SMC magnet. It was modified
to lower +0.5 bar (1.5 bara) opening pressure.

b) Kaori tested stability of the Q-meters in presence of stray magnetic field
from the target magnet. Influence to the Q-curve was negligible. The test was
done without coaxial cable going into the center of the magnet. 

c) Contactor for roots blower motor #7 was replaced. PTC thermistor inside 
the winding seems to be damaged. Temporary fix was done.

d) Two summer students were selected for 2006. Their availability will be 
confirmed later.
