Minutes from target meeting held February 23 2005 in 892-1-B09

a) Possible proton target run proposed by Franco was discussed. The ammonia
and the NMR system for 106.5 MHz need to be tested in a technical run. 

b) The switch over from deuteron to proton target was discussed. In principle
this can be done in one week. For comparison the complete target removal with 
warming up of the magnet to 300 K for the hadron run in October 2004 was done 
in one week. There are of course the normal risks involved in the target 
unloading and reloading.
