Minutes from target meeting held March 3 2005 in 892-1-B09

a) Yuri was testing conical microwave cavity. In the center of the end flange
the microwave power is two times smaller than in the cylindrical part.

b) Stefan said that 25 kW heat from Danfysik PSU with 65 l/min and delta-T  5 C
is possible for the autonomous cooling system proposed by CERN TS/CV 
department. 

c) AT/ECR informed that the overpressure valves for LHe and LN2 system are in 
check now and these services are not available for the moment.

d) Stefan said that the platform rotation test should be done in the end of 
the March. Placement of the polarized target magnet and dilution cryostat was
discussed. Two proposals: back to the platform or on the top of concrete
wall before the beam dump. The target cables from the control room are in one
cable tray and can be removed in one day.

e) Jaakko compared the COMPASS run logbook database for the 2002 offline 
polarization data to the NMR files. The time stamps are typically 1 - 4 
minutes different from the time stamps of the NMR files. Some times the same 
time stamp is repeated many times. Thus probably some of the polarization data 
points are allocated to a wrong run number. Solution is being looked for by 
Kaori and Jaakko.
