a) Fabrice: magnet safety system cabling will be done next week and 
cryogenic cabling on the week after. Mounting test with dilution cryostat
Monday - Tuesday. Welding of quench gas exhaust pipe is planned on week
from December 12.

b) Gerhard said that all magnetic pieces around the new magnet need to 
removed or fixed carefully. Safety meeting on the new target system needs to 
be organized.

c) Vladimir said that the holes for the optical targets on the upstream and
downstream flanges of the magnet are not good for the alignment. Different
reference points need to be found.
