Minutes from target meeting held July 2 2004 in 892-2-009 a) The APC SmartUPS 2200 battery was replaced. b) Jaakko analyzed the temperature during TE-calibration of May and June. There is quite good agreement between 3He and 4He vapor pressure temperatures based on ITS-90. Small discrepancy from -4 to +60 mK can be attributed to the nonlinear behavior of the pirani pressure gauge when helium gas pressure is measured. The behavior of the spin temperature during TE-calibration was simulated using simple RC-model. With spin-lattice relaxation time of 10^4 s spin temperature was estimated and stable temperature region was identified. c) Isabel showed plots of TE-signal analysis. Chi-squared histogram of the baseline fitting done for the TE-signals shows weak systematic dependence on the selection of the baseline fitting region. Different methods to remove bad TE-signals were tried: robust fitting and using quantiles to remove points that appear with low probability. d) Target material was re-polarized on July 1 from 9:15 to 20:15. The polarization increased from -50.81 % to -51.04 % for upstream and +52.85 % to +53.19 % for downstream cell. For the negative polarization this gives -0.021 %/h buildup rate and for the positive polarization +0.031 %/h. The 3He flow was 51 - 53 mmol/s during polarization.
