Minutes from target meeting held on 23rd of January 2003 in 892-1-B09

a) Yuri spin concentrations: deuterium 3.19 10^22 spin/cm^3, 6Li 3.19 10^22 
spin/cm^3, 7Li 1.4 10^21 spin/cm^3 and proton 1.58 10^20 spin/cm^3.
30 % lower from calculations based on negative/positive NMR-line shifts 
of 2001 data. Jaakko asked why not use 2002 shifts. Yuri: difficult to define
the maximum.

b) Yuri "magnetic skin depth" for microwaves 5 mm using electron spin 
concentration 2 10^19 spin/cm^3. Inside coil shows a little lower polarisation.

c) Yuri digital filter for processing TE-calibration NMR-signals.
S1 = B0 + R1 + NMR ... Plot drift. Kaori works only for monotonically drifting
background.

d) Fabrice database ready. Corrected polarisation data to DB.

e) Kaori coil design? Yuri ups loop reconnected, reduce area. Jaakko new
NMR cable.

f) Norihiro multireg back.

g) Jaakko gas pipes for hor/ver screen.
