Minutes from target meeting held on 2nd of April 2003 in 892-2-009

a) Norihiro prepared the PLC system for automatic filling of the LN2 trap.
Also the pipework for LN2 precooling of the magnet was installed.

b) Yuri tested both microwave tubes. There is not enough anode voltage in
the old microwave PSUs to drive the new EIO tubes. There is not enough
documentation for the IMPATT diode to make it work in safe conditions.
Later it was moved to Bochum to make an operational system. New cooling box
for the EIO tubes was also installed.

c) Miroslav said that Prague group will take shifts in July-August. Stepan 
will come to CERN for 2 - 3 months. In addition there will be a PhD student
Urban Pavel for the cryogenics. Also Ales is going to be at CERN in August.

d) Fabrice was preparing the target shifts for the summer. There were still
many open shifts on the list and no reply from Bochum and Nagoya.

e) Kaori prepared a small 15 mm diameter inside material coil for the 
upstream end of the downstream target cell. The coil has 2 turns separated
by 18 mm distance.

f) Jaakko changed the oil to the big roots pumps. The pumps were purged
by pumping dry nitrogen and leak tested with Helium leak detector. 
Also the 4He roots oil was changed and the roots and pumping line until
the cryostat was leak tested. One of the metallic Cefilac joints had a leak.
A new Cefilac joint was installed to cure the problem.
